There is a great amount of work that goes into planning and executing the annual training conference.  These efforts begin even before the current conference has ended and some activities may last several years such as is the case with planning for the TN Chapter's 50th Anniversary in 2012.

To break all of the activities and preprations into manageable portions, members of the Board of Directors and Chapter members are assgined by the President to various committees.  These committees are tasked with addressing and resolving specific aspects of the conference or operation of the Chapter.
